Birra Matta, Birra Matta Blanche and Birra Matta Rossa

A traditional family run brewery has been operating in the heart of Switzerland for over a hundred years.  It is here that Bisbino has found the right partner to continue to brew Matta beer according to its wishes. The "Brauerei Rosengarten" brewery in Einsiedeln, which specializes in the production of low-fermenting beers and has been an expert in organic products for more than twenty years, has been the ideal choice for Bisbino company.

The result of this collaboration is Birra Matta:

First an unfiltered organic Birra Matta blonde with moderate alcohol content. The original recipe, based on organic malt and hops, gives to the beer clean and soft, sweet and slightly fruity notes. The low fermentation and subsequent cold maturation (in "lager bier" style) highlights the cleanliness and finesse of the taste, making it perfect for any occasion. The genuine simplicity of Birra Matta still surprises: it’s even lighter

And Birra Matta Blanche which is a very delicate and light top-fermented beer. It is not filtered and remains slightly cloudy.  It is distinguished by its pale yellow colour and a fine, persistent white foam. The citrus and spicy notes make Matta Blanche particularly fresh and thirst-quenching.

Birra Matta Rossa is an unfiltered organic amber beer. A beer that presents itself with a beautiful bright copper colour and a creamy white foam. On the nose it reveals fruity and biscuity notes and on the palate it releases slight hints of malt and caramel, well balanced by the generous hopping. This amber beer is inspired by the easy-drinking nature of Anglo-Saxon ales, also thanks to its moderate alcohol content, and is both intense and light.
